This dual-channel pyroelectric sensor is based on the single crystal pyroelectric effect of lithium tantalate (LiTaO3), with ultra-low noise field effect tube and high resistance gate resistance system to form a detection circuit. It is packaged in a TO-39 metal tube shell, containing two independent sensitive element chips, with thermal compensation function; The precision narrowband filter is used as the infrared optical window, and the reference channel center wavelength is 3.91μm and the signal channel center wavelength is 4.26μm. It can be widely used in CO2 NDIR gas detection and spectroscopic analysis.
Features:
High infrared responsivity, high signal-to-noise ratio
Dual-window packaging, high reliability
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance
Built-in thermal compensation
