  From refrigerator, TV to microwave ovens, rice cookers, every traditional home appliances will be implanted sensors in the future. Sensors equipped with intelligent control system also extended to the field of home appliance manufacturing. Smart appliances supported by sensor support is the inevitable trend. With the constant improvement of sensor technology, sensor manufacturers believes that future development direction of the sensor is instrumented, intelligent, miniaturized, low power and low cost.

  In addition, some appliance manufacturers say that enter the field of intelligent home appliances is based on their own business development need. Intelligent home appliances is the future trend, Lots of sensors are requried to achieve interoperability of smart home and smart hardware. Meanwhile, appliance itself are required in large quantities, it is also in line with the characteristics of the sensor mass production. Currently, a lot of Gas Sensors, humidity sensors already widely used in home, security, auto-sensing, environmental monitoring control and other fields.

Problem faced

  At the same time, there are still some problems for the sensor used in the appliance, such as the accuracy of sensor and assorted cost problem, which the Gas Sensor manufacturer should overcome. 

  Accuracy of the sensor mainly influenced by the environment and programming design. And to avoid such situations, besides constantly optimize performance of the sensor itself, also need to subdivide in applications, such as classify some interfering gases may be present in the environment in advance, and then categorized based on the results of thesensor selection. Or count the sensor temperature range, then make precise temperature compensation according to temperature range of the sensor relatively, thereby reduce the problem caused by interference factors.
